Vaping is inhaling and exhaling an aerosol (a vapor) produced by an e-cigarette or a similar vapor device. Many believe that the vapor is only good ole H2O, but actually, it’s an aerosol containing toxic chemicals and particles. So that photogenic fog emitting from your mouth is pretty noxious.
…These e-cigarettes/vaping devices are linked to deaths and hundreds of other potential afflictions. JUUL and similar companies are experiencing increased lawsuits filed against them – this trend is expected to grow. The lawsuits target not only the product liability but also fraudulent marketing.
According to a specialty lawyer, the multiple vaping lawsuits filed in different courts will most likely be consolidated into multidistrict litigation (MDL). The consolidated case will then go before one federal judge.
