Family Law Litigation Support From
Experienced Court Reporting Agencies
Family law is the area of practice that revolves around issues of family relationships– be they adoption, divorce, child custody, or emancipation. Most family attorneys also deal in affairs of divorce. Attorneys who practice within the field may represent clients in family court, or simply in depositions to help draft court petitions and property agreements. Most states have unique rules that determine “reasonable requirements” for marriage, such as age, legal capacity, and other procedures that may relate to family law.
